Rainbow is a non-smoking facility that provides
a clean and healthy environment for all of its
residents. We are committed to our residents'
quality of life and provide the warmth and personal
comfort of beautiful, homelike surroundings
for their enjoyment.
Requirements.
All of our residents must
be ambulatory. Our permit does not allow
us to provide for non-ambulatory residents.
If a resident becomes non-ambulatory we
will assist in finding another facility that
accomodates non-ambulatory residents.
Personalized Care
for Every Individual
. Rainbow offers personalized care
for each resident. The individual chooses every
aspect of their care from when they wake up
to what they eat and the activities they enjoy.
We talk with residents, family and friends to
get to know their likes, dislikes, daily schedules
and hobbies, and from this information, we create
an individualized service plan that helps a
resident become comfortable with his or her
new home. This innovative approach to
senior care is designed to maintain independence
and dignity, yet is balanced with the comfort
and security that comes from knowing experienced
help is close at hand.
We provide three nutritious home-cooked meals
daily, plus snacks. Linen is changed at
least once weekly or as needed. Our
residents are assisted with the activity of
daily living, as needed.

their heart and service to seniors because senior
care is truly a calling. Our staff support

Privacy Is Paramount.
Residents have the same privacy in their
new Rainbow home as they had in their previous
home. We interact frequently with residents,
but we are always respectful and never intrusive.
Independence Is Encouraged.
Independence is so often taken away from
seniors in more traditional senior care environments.
At Rainbow, we encourage residents to challenge
themselves while offering the assistance they
need. In this manner, residents are encouraged
to maintain their independence for as long as
they can.
Help From Friends
and Family.
It is not our standard
practice to transport residents to or from the
facility for any reason. For this reason, we
encourage family and friends to be involved,
to visit frequently, and to take residents to
doctor's appointments and on trips to community
events. If requested, Rainbow will provide
transportation for doctor appointments for an
additional fee.
Visitors are welcome between the hours of 8:00
AM - 8:00 PM.
